JANUARY
15th > Chopperstock 2005. DMS Choppers of Ft. Myers host a great event and MTII is present to spread the safety word.
27th > Bike Nite Parade at the South Florida Fairgrounds. A small collection of pictures from the South Florida Fairgrounds special night for motorcyclists. The hold a parade which passes through the fair each year and offer the first 250 bikes to arrive a free gift as well as a reduced fair entrance fee.
FEBRUARY
Port Charlotte H-D Grand Openning > MTII attends the grand openning of Port Charlotte's new Harley-Davidson dealer.
7th > St. Gregory's Men's Club Meeting. MTII's as part of our dedication to community offers a brief presentation on the importance of motorcycle knowledge and awarness.
11th - 20th > MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper assists the Florida Rider Training Program's Carl Bennett in conducting a Rider Coach Prep Course, military style. Jacksonville Naval Air Station hosted the RCP with candidates from all different branches of the service. The men have dedicated their time by volunteering to promote motorcycle safety and training as part of the Joint Services Motorcycle Safety Program. A unique feature of the Basic Rider Course being conducted on base is that participants use and ride their own motorcycles during training. Needless to say they had a lot of fun doing it!
25th - 27th > World Wide Motorcycle Show hosted at the Miami Beach Convention Center. MTII sets up to represent motorcycle safety at another people packed show. Show stopping bikes from all over. The only limits to design are those of the imagination!
MARCH
4th - 6th > MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper assists the Florida Rider Training Program's Louie Kyler in conducting a Basic Rider Course (BRC) military style. MacDill Airforce Base is used to conduct the BRC for Candidates preparing to become RiderCoaches during the week to follow. As a function of being on base, riders must ride their own motorcycles during the BRC. The same skill exercises performed commonly on 125cc to 500cc motorcycles must then be performed on 1000cc to 2000cc motorcycles. Despite the larger bikes the candidates and other riders have a lot of fun building their skills during the course.
19th - 20th > Miccosukee Resort's Kruisin Krome Car & Bike Show. MTII's Donna and Stephen set up at the beautiful Miccosukee Resort, home to our South Miami-Dade Training Site. Lots of tricked out cars and choppers roll out in the sun to shine. Music, food and fun...
APRIL
2nd & 3rd > The 2005 Miami Motorcycle Show. Bigger and better every year and MTII was there. MTII handed out information about rider education and had an said hello to many of our recent and past graduates.
17th > Ladies of Harley, 14th Annual Chili Cook Off.
21st-24th/28th-1st > MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper assists the Florida Rider Training Program's Louie Kyler in conducting a RiderCoach Prep Course. The course was conducted for candidates at the Withlacoochee Technical Institute located in Inverness, Florida.
DECEMBER
2005 Toy Run > The 18th annual Toy's in the Sun Run.
MVI Day "Run" > Motorcycle Vacations, Inc. Day "Run" to Billy Swamp Safari in the Florida Everglades.
MTII End of Year Workshop > Part of what makes the MTII Difference is the dedication MTII's RiderCoaches and RiderCoach Trainers have to the adult learning process and the MSF curricula. MTII RiderCoaches from all of our sites meet to continually improve their knowledge and understanding of Adult Learning and Motor Skills Development and the application of each in our courses. They are the keys that allow us to unlock everyone's potential to learn how to ride and have fun doing it!

It's also a chance for all of us to get together and have some fun!

NOVEMBER
7th - 13th > RCP 2005 : RiderCoach Prep Course 2005! RiderCoach candidates begin their week long right of passage. Their goal is to become the newest RiderCoaches in Florida. For their last weekend, canidates get to teach a live novice class. Click here to see the class pictures.
BMS > Broward Motor Sports Jammity Jam 2005
ARC Shuttle Ride > American Road Collection along with MTII take a group on a pleasant shuttle ride from their hotel to a hot dining spot on South Beach.
MAY
7th > Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson Annual Ladies Day Out.
7th > TECO Open House
19th > Toshiba of Germany take an ARC/MTII Shuttle Run from Everglades Safari Park to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. They enjoyed a cool cruise by Harley or Hot Rod!
JUNE
4th - 12th > MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper assists the Florida Rider Training Program's Louie Kyler in conducting a RiderCoach Prep Course. The course was conducted with candidates in Melbourne, Florida.
25th & 26th > The West Palm Beach Motorcycle Show.
JULY
7th - 10th > MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper participates in a MSF new curriculum workshop hosted by BMT Designers at Jacksonville Naval Air Station. The workshop focused on concepts and goals to developing a new Traction Management Course and On-Road Course.
AUGUST
19th - 22nd > The State Motorcycle Safety Administrators (SMSA) Conference. MTII's third year attending, second as a corporate sponsor.

SEPTEMBER
3rd > Thunder Cycle's Grand Opening
10th - 18th > Vernon, Florida RiderCoach Prep Course. MTII's RiderCoach Trainer Jennifer Hooper with the Florida Rider Training Program's Louie Kyler conduct this RCP at Gulf Coast Motorcycle Triaining.
OCTOBER
1st > Enforcer's March of Dimes Bike Show
2nd Anniversary > West Palm Beach Harley-Davidson's 2 Anniversary
