The purpose of this course is to provide you the opportunity to learn more about riding safely on the street. This is accomplished in an on-road environment while under the general supervision of an MSF-certified ORRC RiderCoach.

The Course takes approximately four (4) hours and includes three separate on-road routes. The routes consist of: 1) quiet neighborhood/suburban environment, 2) commercial environment/downtown traffic, 3) multi-lane/higher speed highway. Each route builds upon the previous in some aspects and provides different experiences. Your proficiency will be evaluated throughout the course, and you may receive a certificate and/or card at the end of the course.

There are no formal tests involved, but evaluation is constant. During the rides and debriefing sessions your RiderCoaches will coach you on your performance. Throughout the course, critical experiences and street strategies/techniques will be provided in real time via radio communication.

You may not be able to complete all the routes as determined by the RiderCoaches or by you. Your personal safety is of primary importance.
